With a wide variety of meats that arrive directly from the pastures, artisanally produced cheeses, fresh fish and seafood, organic greens, we want to share with you regional flavors and our passion for the island, revealing in each dish the secrets of traditional cuisine with the special touch of our Chef.
The Chef was born in S. Miguel. It was in this temperate and humid climate, among the many plants his mother used in cooking that soon he fell in love with the art of cooking.
After having worked at several prestigious restaurants, he arrived at ATA Restaurant, showing all his irreverence, a memory exercise through almost forgotten products.
