Final Consumer Sign UpPortugal Deluxe will be entirely responsible for the conception, technical organization, and operation of your proposed Tour, which we exclusively designed according to your request and approval. Rates may vary if you wish to change the itinerary, suppliers, or venues, and we will present a new quote.
Portugal Deluxe will only alter the advised quote if the quoted services are unavailable or the client specifically requests to change the itinerary, services, hotels, experiences, or venues.
Demanded or confirmed services not used are not subject to reimbursement, except for any unforeseen force major.
To consider a complaint, one should send a written letter to Travel with Portugal Deluxe at most 15 days after the Tour has ended.
The informed prices include the VAT applicable at the time of the quote.
Travel with Portugal Deluxe is an acting agent for restaurants, sightseeing tours, and transportation companies. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from or in connection with any act, omission, neglect, accident, error, or default of such persons providing these services. Travel with Portugal Deluxe is not responsible for any itinerary alteration if such changes become necessary for the safety or well-being of the passenger(s).
Travel with Portugal Deluxe cannot be accountable for costs or other liabilities associated with terrorism, war, accident, weather, or any act of God. The Company reserves the right to refuse, accept, or retain any person as a group member. If facilities or services are unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute comparable facilities or services with available ones.
We require a 30% deposit of the trip total to reserve your trip. The balance is due within 45 days before the arrival date. Exceptions may apply to specific services to be previously informed by our team.
Payment is in Euros at a price quoted and approved, signed by you or your legal representative, and faxed to Portugal Deluxe.

For Payments with a Credit card, please consider an additional fee of 3% for payments with AMEX, VISA, or MASTERCARD. You will receive a link that you should accept and confirm to proceed with the credit card charge.
We do not accept cancellations after the 3-month prior arrival date. Before the period mentioned above, Portugal Deluxe will charge 30% of the total as a penalty. An exception may apply to specific services that our team has previously informed.
