This is an innovative project with a strong touristic element, which offers integrated business solutions through various business units. Oriented towards the exclusive needs of each customer, it offers a quality service conspicuous by its excellence, capable of arousing emotions and memories in an intimate environment of pure communion with Nature.

"The excellence of Spaces" where each customer finds and shares in the charm and exclusivity of their own space, in harmony with Nature and with the existing ecosystem. At the Estate Building we offer wine cellars, the Vale d'Algares room and the Hall Royal, which provides support for congresses, conferences, seminars, product presentations, training courses, workshops, cocktail parties and wine tasting, among other events.

A few metres from the Building we have, as an innovative and distinctive feature, the Farm with an area of around 100 hectares, 31 of which stretch along the valley, where the grapes for the production of Vale d'Algares wines are grown.

The Farm project was conceived to attract large-scale events, associated or not to equestrianism and high-quality sporting activities. With this intention, various equestrian infrastructures have been created*.The future Equestrian Centre will have a Multi-use Pavilion with a maximum capacity of 6,000 people for the organisation of all kinds of events.

The Hall Royal Room was inspired by the stylistic references of the storehouses and the preservation of local aspects, thus integrated it with the existing buildings. It stands out, however, for being sculptured in top quality materials such as wood and copper, which marry, at the same time, sophistication, comfort and interior elegance, creating an environment that harmonises the contemporary with the rustic. It is a spacious room with great functionality and versatility where nothing has been left to chance, with various configurations possible for holding dinners, congresses, conferences, seminars, product presentations, training courses and workshops, among other events.

The hall Royal Room is equipped with an adjustable screen, a sound system (which offers excellent acoustics), a lighting system, offers total black-out of the room, a loading and unloading zone, access to catering services, heating and lavatory facilities. It also provides a car park monitored by security guards with around 56 parking spaces.
