The luxury villa is situated on a plot of 4000 m2 private land, in the hilly region near the picturesque village of Boliqueime, Loulé. The pretty garden is fenced and beautiful maintained. It features a large lawn, and a variety of plants, colorful flowers and trees. A large covered BBQ area with round table that sits 14 people, here you find a built-in BBQ, plus gas BBQ, refrigerator and Tepanyaki plate.

The centre of the villa is a courtyard witha large pool. In the pool is a seating area, created by two little stairs on both sides. There is a deep and shallow end. Next to the pool is the jacuzzi. All beautiful lit at night. The courtyard has another nice large wooden table and chairs, and ample sun lounges, to enjoiy and relax near the pool, while absorbing the fantastic views of the garden, and coast.
