The villa offers a fine mixture of luxury, countryside living and the real Algarve. Whilst living close to all needed amenities. The owners of the villa warmly welcome their guests with Portuguese wines, a crate of oranges, breakfast foods, coffee and tea, seasonal vegetables from the garden, basic food stuffs and spices. You will feel home at once!

The Villa is suitable for parties up to 10 guests. The spacious villa is built to the highest standards with a 'grade A' energy efficiency. It's naturally cool in the summer and warm in the winter due to superb insulation and double glazed windows throughout the villa. The spacious lounge of the villa has a (105 cm) TV screen with SKY TV, surround sound system, I-pod docking station, Bose lifestyle music and DVD entertainment system. There is a comfortable sitting area with log-burning fire. The lounge has 2 fan settings, an oil-fired radiator central heating. The spacious kitchen of the villa is very well equipped. It has an American style fridge/freezer, separate cool room, Smeg wine fridge, twin ovens, two sinks, a microwave, an electric hob with two gas burners and a dishwasher.

Furthermorethe villa has filtered water (tap and fridge) and a pantry with tumble drier and washing machine. The hallway area has a lovely front door and an adjoining guest cloakroom. All bedrooms of the luxury villa have flat screen TVs, air-conditioning, central heating and a one-touch button radio access. On the ground floor of the villa there is a twin en-suite bedroom with large walk in shower. There is also a double en-suite bedroom with shower. The twin room has its own adjacent lounge area with TV which can also be used as a computer room or children’s play area.

The first floor of Algoz Residence has an inviting library with sitting area. The master bedroom has a large double bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower. The villa has got two more bedrooms. One double and one twin bedroom, both sharing a bathroom with shower. The villa has CCTV surveillance, an alarm system linked to a security service. The villa also has a key pad entry system and safe and security windows throughout. There is also a portable push button alarm button for elderly or vulnerable guests which summons the security company in case of problems.

Due to high level insulation the luxury villa Algarve is ideal for winter breaks when the temperature drops at night and the days can be a little chilly. The villa Algoz remains cosy whereas many tradtional concrete built houses become cold and require significant effort to heat them up. The woodburning fire adds a touch of charm to the Algarvian winter evenings. Full central heating ensures comfort throughout the entire villa. All bathrooms of villa Algoz have independent underfloor heating to add to the luxury.

The Villa' is situated at 4 hectares (9 acres) of private grounds and is located on the crest of a gentle slope offering southern views of vineyards and orange groves. To the north you can see the country side with orange groves all the way to the distant Monchique mountain range Portugal. A large shaded terrace provides ample table and chairs to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the luxury villa Algarve. The soft seating invites you to enjoy a glass of wine or a fresh orange juice! Away from the terrace there is a large private pool (52 m2) with quality sun loungers, a hammock and sunny and shady areas. Behind the pool there is a little fishpond. On the same grounds of the villa there is a renovated windmill building. It is not in use, but it's a notable feature of this villa.
