The villa has 2 automatic gates. Its ideal for families with children which can run around without worrying where they are, (you might be, but as there all high walls around the property they can't go anywhere).

This luxury villa is ideally situated being within easy reach of the miles of golden beaches, restaurants and the Vilamoura Marina all within a 4 minute drive away, still in its own private area, very calm area, relaxing hearing the birds in the morning.

Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are a 10 minute drive away.

CA is a very spacious luxury 5 bedroom villa, 4 bathroom villa -which sleeps up to 12 persons. The EXTRA wooden guesthouse which is separate from the main house can be rented ( on request !) to an additional charges a 6 th bedroom. Which sleeps 2. Very good for having extra quests or a nanny.

It boast a fabulous indoor/outdoor area, living space perfect for families sharing or several friends enjoying a summer holiday together.

In the large garden by the lake, is a wooden pergola with a large pooltable, outdoor seating, table tennis, football game. (Instead of having an inside games room (which is normally in a basement) these owners decided to make it all outside!

Various putting greens and a beautiful lake area! What is better to play a game of pool outside, with a sound system (Ipod system) and the ladies having a zip of wine sitting in the relaxing seating area, hearing the small water falling down from the lake. By the poolarea are lots of outdoor sofa's, sunloungers, dining table and chairs for pure relaxing and enjoy the sunshine!

The kitchen has always been a major attraction in this villa with its massive stone island unit- perfect for party's, with various bar stools. ( 8 in total)  Mixing cocktails in the afternoon, ( there are 2 x large winecoolers and 2xAmerican freezer to use - enough space for all your food and drinks.

Sliding doors from the kitchen which lead to the terraces and pool area. Surround sound system ( I Pod ) in and outside the villa !

Than move on to the outdoor entertainment area with its BBQ, shaddy terraces with nice seating area's , large grassy garden and a massive heated pool which is 11x 5 meters, you can do proper laps or have a fantastic pool volleyball game or you can sit by the seperate outside covered BBQ area with its bar area and barstools for a cool drink.

Take a relaxing moment in the wooden "spa" area with the warm jacuzzi have a glass of champagne and see the children play in the pool, and listen to some relaxing music ( Bose sound boxes - great by night as well, when everybody is asleep) if you still need to relax more there is a steam bath / Turkish bath with hot / cold shower with water jachts.

The lounge area is all open space from the kitchen, with sliding terrace doors leading onto the outdoor pool area - there is a wonderful feeling of space and light , there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and chill out while on holiday. The lounge area has a large plasma tv with Sky English programms ,wifi throughout the main house (only on groundfloor wi fi) playstation3 games console to keep the kids amused. One channel is a Camera system for the garden area. Large terraces with shade area and enough umbrellas. For safety the pool area is fenced off, upon request this can be taken off when making the booking (although we always advise to keep it )
