The villa is decorated with natural elements, combined with high quality materials and equipment. All rooms have nice decorations, high quality beds and linen. The villa has 4 en-suite bedrooms.

When you enter the villa you will find a guest toilet on your left. The first bedroom is on your right. This twin bedroom is suitable for disabled guests, with a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathroom is amended for disabled. There are two more twin rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. One has a mezzanine with another two beds for two extra guests in case you would like to stay with more than 8 people. The master bedroom of the villa is situated on the first floor, offering a large terrace that overlooks the Arade river. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and large bathroom with bath and shower.

The very well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and is attached to a spacious, light dining and lounge area with large windows. Doors lead to the various terraces that surround the villa, all offering magnificent views at the countryside.

The villa has a beautiful, natural outside area with various wooden decks combined with colourful plants and flowers. The villa has got terraces at different levels with sunny as well as shady areas, all offering stunning views. The larger covered terrace with large table and ample chairs is the perfect spot for your outside lunches and dinners. There is also an outdoor kitchen with fridge, freezer and built in BBQ.

The luxury villa offers all facilities for enjoying outdoor living in the Algarve, a thing we all like very much! One level below the covered terrace you will find the private swimming pool with its nice sun lounge areas. On the eastern part, where you enter the luxury villa, is a ramp, providing wheelchairs access to the terrace and pool area.
