Villa 1002 is a luxury villa located in the exclusive resort Quinta do Lago. This lovely villa sits on a beautiful plot, bordering the San Lourenço golf course (hole no. 11).

The villa has been very tastefully appointed and decorated in a modern style. It has a lovely well kept garden. A wonderful villa close to the beach, the golf course and the shopping centre with wonderful well kept gardens. Extra's Pool heating available for an extra charge of 350 euro per week.

The accommodations consists of:

Downstairs: Entrance hall open onto the living room, guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen with central island (American fridge/freezer General Electric’s and central gas cooker). Leading to the outdoor barbecue for al fresco dining, the pool terrace and open onto the dining room. The dining room is also open onto the living room through some steps, which has a decorative fireplace and enjoys beautiful views of the pool terrace and pine trees.

On the ground floor: You will find the first bedroom which has two single beds and faces the pool terrace. It has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds made as a double bed and also faces the pool terrace. The en-suite bathroom has shower and bath.

Upstairs: A modern staircase with stainless steel balustrade with timber handrail leads to the two upstairs bedrooms. The very large master bedroom with king-size bed has its own walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom (Jacuzzi bath + separate shower) and private terrace with views to the pool. The 4th bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom (shower) and small private terrace. The 5th bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a pull out bed with headboard. Both terraces enjoy some sea and golf views.

Basement – Double garage, laundry room (washing machine + dryer). Pool, tennis table.

Outside furniture, Pool chairs with green and white striped cushions, nice romantic outside seating area seats 4. Pool table provided and table tennis.
