Conception, Technical Organization and Operation

The conception, technical organization and operation of your proposed Tour will be of entire responsibility of Portugal Deluxe, and will be exclusively designed, accordingly to your request and approval.

Changes of Program

Whenever it is possible, if you whish to change the itinerary, suppliers or venues, a new quote will be provided.

Price Alterations

Portugal Deluxe will not alter the advised quote, unless changes of itinerary, services, hotels, or venues are requested by you, following the policy stated in the line above. 

Reimbursement

No reimbursement will be paid for any service not used, requested and confirmed by you, except for any unforeseen force major.

Complaints

Complaints will only be considered by written letter to Portugal Deluxe, in no more than 15 days after the tour has ended.

Taxes

The informed prices also include the VAT applicable at the time of the quote.

Liability

Portugal Deluxe is acting agent for restaurants, sightseeing tour and transportation companies. As such, cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage or delay arising out of, or in connection with any act, omission, neglect, accident, error or default of any such persons providing these services. Portugal Deluxe can also not be held responsible for any alteration of the itinerary, if such alterations become advisable or necessary for the safety and/or well being of the passenger(s). Portugal Deluxe cannot be held responsible for costs or other liabilities associated with any act of terrorism, war, accident, weather or any act of God. The Company reserves the right to refuse, accept or retain any person as a member of the group. If offered facilities or services become unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute comparable facilities or services as available.

Payment Conditions

To reserve your trip, we require a 50% deposit of the trip total. The balance must be paid within 2 months prior to arrival. Payment will be made in Euros in the price quoted in your quotation, signed by you or by your legal representative and faxed to Portugal Deluxe. Payment is to be made by bank transfer to:

AMOUNT TRANSFERRED MUST INCLUDE BANK TRANFER FEES. Payments with credit card: Please consider an additional fee of 3% for payments with MASTERCARD and VISA. 

Cancellations

Due to hotel policy, no cancellations will be accepted after 2 month prior arrival date. In case of cancellation before the above mentioned period, a fee of € 100,00/person will be deducted, as administration fee.
