The fame has followed this restaurant since it was a simple beach shack serving quality fish. But now, after the improvements made in 2002, it is still better.

With its unique location, the Evaristo Restaurant has panoramic sea views with rare beauty where you have perfect combination, delicious fresh fish with excellent service.

Being a faithful representative of the so called beach restaurants - with the proper terrace and grassed area -, the fish usually goes from its display directly to the grill. The squid at Evaristo style and the white 'sangria' beverage are also well known for good reasons. 

There is no menu, you simply choose from their selection of fish or shellfish as you enter, then you are shown to your table. Whatever you order it is always fresh.

On the terrace you are sitting next to the small, sandy beach embedded in a little rock bay.
