Portugal Deluxe private Cooking Classes offer enjoyment blended with education in the kitchen by well known and dedicated professional Chefs helping to bring out the culinary prowess in you. Your day starts with private visits to a local market leaded by your private Chef, and culminate on a sumptuous meal with great selection of wine.

We will also propose a private visit to a traditional and familiar cheese producing farm, located in the top of the amazing Arrábida Mountains National Park, where you will be hosted by the owners and invited to participate at a Azeitão regional cheese workshop. You will be lectured, by who knows cheese better than anyone, on all the process of cheese making from the pasture, to milk production and to the final tasting. Azeitão is a concentrated round of sheep's milk cheese that is coagulated with cardoon thistle instead of traditional animal rennetMolded in cloth, Azeitão has a rustic appearance that adds to its romance. Its texture ranges from soft and unctuous to firm and chewy; you can cut open the top and scoop its yellow cream onto slabs of nutty bread. After learning all about cheese, the owner, will invite you for lunch at their house. Enjoy a long conversation meal at a unique warm and friendly spot facing the Arrabida Mountains.
