The Casas do Coro are a group of houses of Village Tourism in Marialva, one of the most privileged Historical Villages of Portugal, located in the transition from Beira to the Douro in Portugal.

The whole structure is located next to the castle on a rocky mountain that captures the breathtaking view of Marialva and a horizon to Spain. The interiors, designed rustic, and terraces with panoramic views over the landscape, ensure enjoy the most. Standard rooms, superior and suites are designed mainly to couples who come alone. The various autonomous homes are suitable for groups or families of different sizes, have Kitchenette and living room with fireplace. They can be rented for two or three couples.

The breakfast buffet consists of many of the delicacies produced in Casas do Coro. The basis of the dinner comes from a very traditional cuisine adapted by the owner with elegance and charm to a space that invites a beautiful evening. The experiment consists of a treat table, one entry, a soup, a main dish and a dessert buffet. Wines carefully selected by the owner are mostly originating in the Douro Superior, in addition to already exist wines' own “Casas do Coro” made by winemaker reference. You can visit the 4 historic villages in the area (Almeida, Castelo Mendo, Castelo Rodrigo and Linhares). Choose to walk or go see the famous rock engravings of Coa. Alternatively, you can enjoy a day at the pool tastefully enclosed between the houses and the surroundings of the castle, in the lounge outside reposar composed of six fantastic day bed`s or comfort in the jacuzzi and sauna.
