20 minutes away from the airport, this course is different from others because it is located on relatively flat, open terrain. The course is also known for its lakes and for having a small number of trees. The lakes not only serve as hazards for holes number 12 and 15, but they also serve a shelter for different bird species, for both resident and migrating birds. The course is rather difficult, perfect for more experienced players, as missing a shot means to lose the ball in one of the many lakes, for instance.

It is important to mention that water is always present on the tees and greens of par 9. Designed by Joseph Lee, hole 5 was ranked as one of the top ten holes in the world by the “Golf World” magazine, in a special edition published in 2006.
