All requests should be sent to us by fax or email and booking confirmation will be sent back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).Longer response time may be required for certain hotels. We can advise you if this is the case.
For arrival transfers our driver will wait for two hours only. Late arrival and no show will be charged at full rate - we do not accept responsibility for verifying arrival times.Clients on delayed flights may contact our local office for alternative arrangements to be paid for locally.
