GENERAL CONDITIONS
1 - Conception, Technical Organization and Operation
The conception, technical organization and operation of the Tour to Portugal is of the entire responsibility of Portugal Deluxe, has been exclusively designed, accordingly with the request and approval of the client.
2 - Changes of Program
Whenever it is possible, if the client so wishes, to change the itinerary, suppliers or venues, a new quote will be provided.
3 - Price Alterations
Portugal Deluxe will not alter the advised quote, unless changes of itinerary, services, hotels, or venues are requested by the client, following the policy stated in # 2.
4 - Reimbursement
No reimbursement will be paid for any service not used, requested and confirmed by the client, except for any unforeseen force majeur.
5 - Complaints
Complaints will only be considered by written letter to Portugal Deluxe, in no more than 15 days after the tour has ended.
6 - Taxes
The informed prices also include the VAT applicable at the time of the quote.
7 - Liability
Portugal Deluxe is acting as an agent for restaurants, sightseeing tour and transportation companies. As such, cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage or delay arising out of, or in connection with any act, omission, neglect, accident, error or default of any such persons providing these services. Portugal Deluxe can also not be held responsible for any alteration of the itinerary, if such alterations become advisable or necessary for the safety and/or well being of the passenger(s). Portugal Deluxe cannot be held responsible for costs or other liabilities associated with any act of terrorism, war, accident, weather or any act of God. Portugal Deluxe reserves the right to refuse, accept or retain any person as a member of a group. If offered facilities or services become unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute comparable facilities or services as available.
8 - Payment Conditions
To reserve your trip, we require a 25% deposit of the trip total, at least 45 days before the trip's departure date. The balance must be paid within 30 days prior to departure. Payment will be made in Euros in the price quoted in the quotation, signed by the client or by his/her legal representative and faxed to Portugal Deluxe.

9 - Cancellations
Due to the number of persons, hotel policy, no cancellations will be accepted after 30 days prior arrival date. In case of cancellation within the above mentioned period, a fee of € 200,00/person will be deducted, as administration fee.
